James Lee Witt Named CEO of International Code Council (ICC)

Washington, DC, June 11, 2003 - James Lee Witt, the former Director of the Federal Emergency Management Agency, has been named Chief Executive Officer of the International Code Council (ICC). In this capacity, ICC has also retained the services of James Lee Witt Associates, LLC (JLWA) to assist them in public safety and emergency management issues.
