Nation's Luminaries to Address Issues to Protect the Gulf Coast from Natural Disasters
NEW YORK--(BUSINESS WIRE)--April 17, 2008--GlobalOptions Group, Inc. (NASDAQ: GLOI), a leading provider of domestic and international risk management services, today announced that its Preparedness and Crisis Management Division, James Lee Witt Associates (JLWA), will participate in UL Lafayette's inaugural National Incident Management Systems and Advanced Technologies' (NIMSAT) Gulf Coast National Conference from April 22 - April 24. James Lee Witt, Chief Executive Officer of JLWA, will give a keynote address about critical infrastructure protection.
The conference, "Secure the Coast- Protect the Nation," presented by James Lee Witt Associates, NIMSAT and the Maritime Institute for Emergency Monitoring and Response (MIEMAR), will address how to protect the critical assets and infrastructures of the Gulf Coast that impact our nation's economy. Dozens of the nation's top experts in critical infrastructure protection will speak at the event.
