Barry Scanlon Featured in Blog for Upcoming Book
 Barry Scanlon, President of JLWA recently assisted John Solomon with research for his book entitled, "In Case Of Emergency, Read Book: Simple Steps To Prepare You and Your Family For Terrorism, Natural Disasters and Other 21st Century Crises.", due out in 2009. He is featured in a corresponding blog and video segment where he stresses the need to make a family preparedness plan as well as the benefits of having such a plan in place. The book will take the point of view of an average citizen trying to ready and educate himself and his family about preparedness for terrorism, natural disasters and other major emergencies. It is intended to serve as a guide and provide the public with encouragement as they begin the preparedness process.
While working on the book, Solomon decided to create a blog called "In Case of Emergency, Read Blog" in order to augment his research, disseminate his initial findings and allow him to be able to react to news and events regarding emergency preparedness.
