James Lee Witt participated in: A Homeland Security Strategy Forum "Decision 2008: The Candidates' Positions" hosted by the Center for Strategic and International Studies on September 9, 2008. The event focused on the topic of homeland security under a new administration. Frank Keating, former Governor of Oklahoma represented the McCain campaign while Witt represented the Obama campaign, as they discussed how the next President intends to counter the terrorist threat and shape the US homeland security enterprise, as well as what the priorities and greatest challenges are.
