The International Operations Office is located in our Washington, DC headquarters and is led by Chief Operating Officer Ken Burris. Our International Operations Office assists foreign governments, private businesses, higher education institutions and nongovernmental organizations in disaster planning, response, recovery and mitigation all over the world. Witt Associates also designs training and exercise programs for executives, employees and volunteers in the private or public sectors, as well as highly specialized programs for public safety personnel, engineers, planners and emergency management specialists.
