Witt Associates assisted the Government of the Cayman Islands in their recovery operations during the aftermath of Hurricane Ivan. The Witt Associates team organized local and overseas resources around critical functional areas, including debris removal, mass care, housing, health, utility infrastructure and the use and procurement of additional supplies and resources needed to expedite the recovery process. In addition to addressing immediate disaster needs, Witt Associates evaluated and developed a crisis communications plan and alert and notification protocols to address future threats to the Cayman Islands.
