Since 2006, Witt Associates has lobbied Congress on behalf of the City of Little Rock. In 2006, Witt Associates began procuring federal funds for the Little Rock National Airport and the City of Little Rock. Also in 2006, Witt Associates facilitated meetings between the Airport and the Transportation Security Administration, the Federal Aviation Administration and the Secretary of Transportation. Witt Associates has also aided the City in obtaining partial reimbursement for government mandated expenditures at the Little Rock National Airport.

Currently, Witt Associates is assisting the Little Rock Port Authority to procure funding for recertification of the levees along the Arkansas River system. Witt Associates is also seeking state funding for land acquisition for the Little Rock National Airport for economic development purposes.

In the 87th General Assembly, Witt Associates was successful in terminating a bill pertaining to eminent domain on behalf of the City. Witt Associates was successful in working with the Little Rock Airport to pass legislation that would make an Arkansas law comply with Federal law.
