After the deadly tsunami of December 26, 2004, Witt Associates traveled to the tsunami-affected countries of Thailand, Indonesia and Sri Lanka to meet with natural and regional leaders and advise them on how to structure the rebuilding and long-term recovery of their communities. Witt Associates issued a report of its findings that provided national and community-level recommendations for reconstruction and mitigation.
